The Afghanistan Cricket Board has announced a comprehensive multi-format home season in the United Arab Emirates, where they will host both Bangladesh and Zimbabwe.

The action-packed itinerary includes standalone Test matches against both visiting nations, a T20I series against Zimbabwe, and a high-profile ODI tri-series featuring all three countries.

Due to ongoing security and logistical challenges at home, Afghanistan continues to rely on the UAE as their official neutral venue for international commitments.

The red-ball clash between Afghanistan and Bangladesh will provide a severe tactical test, giving both Asian rivals crucial experience on neutral desert tracks.

The inclusion of an ODI tri-series offers a refreshing structural change from standard bilateral tours, providing all three boards valuable match practice ahead of upcoming global ICC events.

Zimbabwe's tour will be particularly extensive, as the Chevrons prepare to compete across Test, T20I, and ODI formats during their stay in the Gulf.

Finalized match dates, along with specific venue allocations across Sharjah, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi, will be confirmed following joint discussions among the member boards.
