Padikkal and Sudharsan Fight Back for India A
Devdutt Padikkal and Sai Sudharsan put on an unbeaten 96-run partnership to help India A recover after early failures from KL Rahul and Yashasvi Jaiswal.

India A found much-needed stability through an unbeaten partnership between Devdutt Padikkal and Sai Sudharsan after struggling initially against New Zealand A. Padikkal contributed 56 runs while Sudharsan added 39 runs to anchor the rescue effort. The pair managed to add 96 runs without losing another wicket by the conclusion of Day 2.
The recovery arrived after a poor start for the batting lineup. Earlier in the match, top-order batters KL Rahul and Yashasvi Jaiswal failed to make an impact, putting pressure on the side. New Zealand A maintained an advantage, staying ahead by 98 runs heading into the subsequent day.
Earlier in the fixture, India's bowling attack performed effectively. Anshul Kamboj and Auqib Nabi led the bowling charge by picking up three wickets each to restrict the opposition. New Zealand A will look forward to a strong bowling display on the third day to wrap up the match.
